Finally, we will introduce a case where the client came to our company, made adjustments in front of us, and was satisfied.
A request was made to create a large, shining moon that would leave a lasting impression on customers visiting the store. At the time of the request, demolition work was underway, and they wanted it to be made at the maximum size that could fit through the second-floor window. While we had experience with smaller transparent FRP molds, this size was truly impressive. Initially, we considered adjusting the number of layers of glass fiber to express a mottled effect with colors similar to those of a real moon, and we began the sample production from there. The actual piece was recreated from data, and we focused on painting it as thinly and evenly as possible, incorporating actual lighting to achieve a beautiful finish without any unevenness. In the end, the client visited our company, and we made adjustments right in front of them, resulting in their great satisfaction.
